They are the best when you give them a job. A job like searching or tracking, bite work and any other things that give them purpose. Sometimes I don't do anything with my dogs for the whole week but I have enough room in my kennel for them to run.

Belgian Malinois are classified as medium sized dogs, but that doesn't inhibit it's functionality, cos it is a bad ass breed you don't want to mess with. It is a general purpose dog just like GSD. Can do the jobs of sniffing, bomb detection, security, search and rescue, leading the blind, etc. Many of this are activated by instinct but others need to be trained into the dog
