U see, in a sane country, as long Nysc has not been discontinued, she would be made to face trial, her salaries and allowances collected by from him starting from when she held govt position..

We all know Nysc is useless.. I also believe that. But we are talking about law.

If I go to get police job for instance and I present fake certificates, I will be arrested. I have seen police arrest people with fake certificate during their recruitment exercise..

While applying for Johns, u are usually warned not to use fake certificates or get arrested..

APC is busy chasing Fayose but allowed her leave Nigeria..

The fuss is that it is the law of the land which is mandatory and binding on all. No law is made to be dispensed with especially through commission of offences or crimes that law already criminalises. Until the law is repealed or amended perhaps resulting in 'scrapping the useless scheme' or making it less mandatory, Kemi is guilty of fraud/forgery and should be punished.

Even a future amendment will not favour her because it cannot be applied retrospectively even though the current bigoted president is on record to have applied a law retrospectively during his tenure as Head of State.

What does the law say? Until the NYSC law is repealed and the electoral law amended, whoever contravenes them is liable. But I believe there are exceptional circumstances in this case to justify amnesty for her..

Afonja GoTv, That nigerian youth that have nysc discharge are unemployed doesnt mean that a yoruba woman can forge an nysc certificate and use it to deceive the whole country. If she tries such forgery in that U.K that she fled to, She will get a sure 10 years imprisonment
