No. U read and understood wrongly. Did u read the post I made that response to? I think not.
Besides, if this was really your grouse, you'd have responded in line with amendments or otherwise and retrospective application of laws. Rather you jumped in with the presidential pardon card (totally unrelated) like it was some joker or something. It also suggested that you weren't particularly knowledgeable on how a pardon is granted.
Wow! You must be feeling you're the one who has educated me that a president only exercises his power to pardon ONLY after one has been found guilty by a competent court of law!

Clap for "yaself" grin grin grin

By the way, I had to educate you that your suggestion that only a "retrospective application of an amendment to the existing law" could have been used to clear her of the certificate saga, was wrong.

I am done with this particular issue.

There is no clearing her as she has admitted that 'associates' facilitated the forged Nysc certificate with which she fraudulently earned the jobs of Commissioner and Minister of Finance. Sane minds simply called for a logical conclusion to the commission of a crime especially with a resignation letter that contains a confessional statement and admission of guilt.

You came whining on how a presidential pardon would clear her as if the same demand would not be first met ie prosecution and punishment upon declaration of guilt. In other words, the institutions should be allowed to work impartially. You even called it wailing and ranting.
The statement that a retrospective application of a possible amendment of the NYSC Act would not avail her was based on a previous post calling for the scrapping of the scheme. However, in your blind need to see that she his cleared despite her being literally caught with all 10 fingers and 10 toes in the cookie jar, you came in from a totally unrelated aspect of the presidential pardon.

Being slow is no virtue.

Claptrap. Trash trash trash. You're talking nonsense. Stop sending useless pms.

Adeosun is a wonderful woman and made a great choice of decision. cool

Forging an NYSC Exemption certificate, fraudulently acquiring appointments on the strength of the fake certificate among other qualifications and then resigning n jumping ship more than 2 months after exposure is a 'great choice of decision'? Wow! shocked shocked

Adeosun did nothing wrong in my opinion. what's the fuss about Nysc certificate and exemption letter when majority of Nigerian youths that have it are either unemployable or unproductive? We lost a great economist just because of a useless scheme that has outlived it's usefulness. We are a certificate worshipping nation hence the reason every undergraduate sees certificate as a meal ticket rather than concentrate on researches that can better the country. Even gowon will wish he could scrap the useless scheme that has resulted in deaths of innocent graduates posted to horrid terrains sad
U have never been this horrible in all your comments..

Awon werey. They aren't calling for the prosecution of Deziani Alison Madueke, Goodluck Jonathan, Alao Akala, Obasanjo, Atiku, Patience Jonathan and other PDP demons too numerous to number.

May thunder scatter your umblerra dia. Bastards of a thousand fathers.

Fellow Nigerians. Have you seen corruption fighting back hard? Take a good look because this is how it looks like.

I totally agree.

This APC is really a corrupt party. How did she escape out of the Country the same day she resigned?and yet they have been keeping an eye on Fayose for months.

The PDP is making a serious mistake by saying this case is about her. No, this case is about the crime of Forgery perpetuated by the APC.

The APC should be held accountable.

Rubbish
