This issue has been dealt with severally. Notification of result is acceptable especially with WES

Please, any idea if ICES accepts Notification of result as well?

Good Afternoon,

SOS call pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!

I got an ADR to submit Schedule A for spouse. I have been trying to upload but keep getting an error message

' the form could not be submitted because errors were found'
' you have submitted an invalid form'

I have crosschecked over and over, can't see any errors.

Kindly urgently assist as I have about 48hour to deadline.

Thanks TEECANN.

The notes indicate nothing out of the ordinary and everything appear to be in order. I can see Eligibility as "Recommend Passed" while Security and Criminality are "Not Started".

The case analyst also gave his/her recommendation as "Passed".

TEECANN:

Congrats my sister @dumprep
Any gist from your GCMS that we can learn from?

Ok thank you very much
Newmum0615:
The list of example titles under any NOC is not exhaustive. Use your title as it is. What matters is your duties matching those of the NOC by at least 70%.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by Nobody: 12:56pm On Sep 17, 2018
Thank you...now I understand
Ethelia:

The focus is more on your actual duties than the title. So, as long as your duties match the NOC you are claiming, you should be fine.

You should know that getting LMIA is very very difficult. PNP seems to be the safest bet here. If your cousin resides in Manitoba, he might be able to sponsor you.
Scores might still drop, it's possible.
likewise Saskatchewan, IMO don't think scores are coming down soon. start learning french.

Good morning fam. Please I have a little concern with regards to my reference letter.

Firstly, the words 'full time' was not stated in the letter but the number of working hours (40hours/week) was mentioned.

Secondly, I don't know if the date mentioned qualifies for one year (eg 23 March 2017- 11 March 2018).

These two issues have been bothering me. Please I would appreciate your kind advise.
Thanks

I don't think there is any issue with both points, most full time jobs are 40hrs /week and I have seen lots of ref letters with just that stated. Secondly January 2017 to Dec 2017 is one year and not January2017 to January 2018.

I haven't gotten PPR yet, but I got my GCMS notes. I claimed 1yr work experience from 23rd July 2016 to 25th March 2018 (40hrs/week). My calculation was simple, 23rd July 2016 to 31st (just to be safe) July 2017 would count as 1year; then August 2017 to March 2018 would be jara.

From my notes, the case analyst stated that I claimed 1year experience but summed up my overall experience, based on the dates stated, to 1year and 9months. If you want to be extra careful, maybe go with what others have said. Hope this helps.

This obviously shows the VO calculated July2016 to June 2017 as one year, den July 2017 to March 2018 gave 9 months, which is the correct way to calculate and not July 2016 to July 2017( this is more than a year)

Hello guys,

I have an issue with how to calculate my weekly work duration on the reference letter. I work on a 21/14 rotation, I.e twelve hours daily for twenty-one days, before proceeding on a fourteen days time off.

I want to know if should state all of these details on my reference letter, and won't it be outrageous if I state that I work 84 days in a week period?

@Newmum and all the senior apostles in the assembly...I caould not hold myself again o..lol.

So I submitted my PR application on Jul 31st( 1am naija time) which was still 30th July (Canada time). Even though it stated that biometric will be required as from Jul 31st, when I was paying my application fee, Biometric fee wasn't included so i just went on to pay like that.

I got AOR within 20mins of paying and waited. After waiting for 30days I got an update mail and checked my account only to see that it was only my UCI number that got updated. Up until now(47days and counting) no MEP, Biometric letter or any other update aside that initial UCI status update.

I am almost going gaga...loool..I need assurance o..anybori..sombori...

Lol na Davido go fit give you that one o!

On a more serious note calm down. I'm very sure if you check on immitracker you'll see that you're in line with the trend. If you've gotten UCI i believe it means your initial completeness check has been completed.

if your score is 552, why go through pnp in the first place? Are you sure your score was well calculated? Except you schooled or worked in canada.

@wenks, I am not sure anyone knows the timelines with application processing these days. A lot has changed since the introduction of biometrics, but I believe you are on track based on recent feedback from people who submitted within the same time period as you. Take your mind off it, no matter how difficult it seems, and be prepared to order GCMS notes if you still don't notice any significant progress by day 60.

Working hours max out at 30hrs/week.

March 2017 - March 2018 is 1 year and 1month. However, to be on the safe side, can you ask your HR to state just the month and year? I did the same and it turned out fine.
