For all Manitoba students, what is your university doing about health care coverage since the government to longer give free health care coverage to international students?

Is it roughly 30, 60, 90 or 120 days since you submitted? It may be a way of saying "We have not forgotten your application".

MeinKampf:

being invalid doesn't mean the visa there is not valid. He or she will only need to carry both passports ('invalid' & new) . You can easily get your new passport stamped in Canada to reflect the expected validity you are supposed to get. It's never an issue whether the person choose to renew passport now or not

The person should renew his passport before sending to CIC for visa stamping. Valid passport into the future means longer visa expiration date into the future, averting the hassles of application for visa extension while in Canada.

May/June/July applicants who did not share their timeline yesterday should endeavour to do that today. This will enable us have a clear direction on how things are going on the CIC homefront. From the profiles shared yesterday it can be deduced that on the average, after 8 weeks people's profiles were changing and reading eligibility of review started and by 10 to 12 weeks medical call and 12 to 14 weeks, a verdict on the application was dished out.
