Former Governor of Abia State Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu is currently in a meeting with the former Military President of Nigeria General Ibrahim Babandiga at his Minna Hilltop Residence in Niger State. Though reason for the visit is yet to be ascertained however the former Governor usually visits the former Nigerian Military leader and their relationship has been in existence for over 30 years. details later...
