I knew about James Earl voiced Mufasa but never knew Medge Sinclair was the one that voiced Simba's mother. Oh, she's gone, who will now voice the live action Lion King movie.

Only James Earl Jones reprises his role.

A lil Nostalgic viewing this thread. This movie and Titanic, arguably two of my greatest movies of all time. My favourite quote.."Good morning my neighbours"..."Hey fucck you!". Akeem goes "Yes! Yes!! fucck you too". That scene always did make me laugh. And óf course, there was Lisa..everybody's crush. I kinda felt her sister was hot tho. Hmm..the good ol' days...

He's most of them even...Eddie Murphy was casted as Prince Akeem Joffer, Randy Watson (Singer Sexual Chocolate), Saul (White old man in the barber shop) and Clarence, the owner of the barber shop.

Arsenio Hall was casted as Semmi (Akeem's friend), Reverend Brown, Morris the barber and Extremely Ugly Girl at the club.
