A simpler option would be to use only the previous job experience. How long were you with the last employer?
If you have over 3 years there, get the reference letter from the last employer and just capture your current job in personal history

He/She has been correctly advised that the new job should go under personal history. It is very unlikely that the OP would have used a job started in June (3 months ago) to gain points for an ITA received in the last few weeks (at least since he hasn't submitted, he is still within 8 weeks or 60 days post ITA). The new job belongs under personal history while the old job (with which he received points on the EE profile) is the one for which a letter of reference should be obtained.

My question is: What factors help improved your CRS score? MSc, siblings in Canada, spouse, Canadian education/certification?
Because I have only BSc, 6years of work experience. I tried calculating CRS using IELTS band score of 8 and CRS came to 360. Am I missing something?
Kindly advice on the best thing to do. Thanks in advance

Not really. I have over six years experience in the previous company and I've been provided reference letter already.

I guess I will just capture this new job in my Personal history as advised and move on.

I called IRCC and was told my Eligibility has not started, security not started, criminality in progress.

I got biometric letter and UCI hours before I saw medical passed. I completed my schedule A upfront because I figure with over 50 travel entries and having lived in many different countries there's no way they wouldn't request for it.

Hello All,

My friend stayed in the UK for more than 1 year (from 2010 to 2011) for a master program. She has an ITA but she is required to attach 2 police reports (i.e. one for UK and another for Nigeria). Although she has the police certificate for Nigeria.
Please advise on what she should upload for the 2nd police cert. requirement.

The reason why you didnt get MEP was because the application is not complete yet and thats why you got ADR. You need to fill and submit your schedule A asap so that the application can move forward.
