pls check d salary structure of ur organization very well.
There's no way LAPO will pay newly Bsc in take 93k net.

Salary scale of MFBs varies. Some like Chikum MFB pay peanuts as salary while others like Fortis MFB pay good salaries.

the man that work with LAPO is in order LAPO pay 104k gross but 93k net for HND/bsc holders and they also pay 79k plus 3k to 6k for house allowance for ND/NCE holders excluding tax and pension. I rest my case.

Am currently working for one microfinance bank in lagos since january 2018 where am bn paid 38k. As a BDO i work like mad, still no comfirmation yet. The funniest part of it is that my mum is sick and i need a loan of #70k from them, all am hearing are just stories. I just pray nothing happens to my mum though.

A friend is currently on 250k in Lagos. But I think it depends on the status of the Microfinance, they are not all on the same level. Some in senior mgt earn up-to 700k to 1m per month.
