I didn't pass through referall but they assigned me one.
I filled the form.
But I honestly feel you are defending them too much cos you are not even a staff.stop allowing them to dent your image.
Even their customer care channels are not this assertive.the voice customer care evades by saying they are not in charge.
The mails are on auto reply so no tailored answers, it was only when I threatened to report to CBN that I got something like "we will look into it" and of course I never get time ni,I will still file a suit.
And what breaks it all is the only channel that address me personal their WhatsApp. When I was told they are not certain of when the device will be ready,and yet people still pay on daily basis.
So bros don't get dragged into this.you are not etranzact!!! and you don't want people to put the displeasure on you.

For those that have paid, one thing is sure, your money is not lost. You will surely get your pos. The delay and loss of business are regretted. This pos is by far the cheapest with good commission and charges anybody can start this business with. Alternatively, if you have money, you can get Baxi Box pos immediately at N95k.

So, having cleared the air as per pos availability, the issue now is not whether pos is available or not. Dear agents and prospects, kindly fulfill your part and do minimum of 100 txns on your app or USSD *389# to render your account ACTIVE to get your mpos. I think the company wants proof that you will do txns with the pos and not give pos to redundant locations. You can now contact us to get the forms to process your agent registration and request for your pos, fulfill the conditions and be sure to get your device. This pos is by far the cheapest licenced by CBN with cheapest charges and great window for more income for agents.

I don't understand etranzact and their system of operation.

Pocketmoni needs to be upgraded. I can't print transactions like eedc and the rest.
