You mean how APC knew that osun election was peculiar. Unlike ekiti, the Adeleke 's could match them money wise. Therefore there is no way they could outrightly use heavy vote buying like in ekiti. So they resulted to ensuring only their Agents and chieftains had the capacity to buy votes (as they were shielded by the same security outfit that always rush to twitter when ever any PDP agent is arrested) while PDP agents were being arrested randomly to ensure they are not able to buy votes.
