The Observers Times | Lokoja

Observers Times was at the venue to capture the moment on camera.

Soldiers at the venue in Lokoja flogs and chased away applicants for trying to seek shelter under a canopy due to the scorching sun during the physical exercise verification in Lokoja.

Slammed a lady on the belly and some people got injured in the process of escaping the beating and flogging.

They should pls be retired to the barracks like all sane countries do. it's only in times if war you see soldiers on the streets while on their way to the battle field.
