Hello there. You can use Asda little Angels. It's cheaper and does not dry the skin out.

Mamas abeg my 2weeks baby keep vomiting after every feed even after belching pls experience mama what will I do my first baby didn't do this
Again gripe water or nospamin which is more active for stomach upset
Keep the baby upright for 30minutes after feeding. If you're in ebf, avoid dairy products till she's older, if not try switching formulae. My ds had the same issue and that's what helped until he was around 4months before he stopped.

It's a diaper cream, but I also use it on dd's heat rashes. It's been working so far. Just my opinion. Other maa's have used cacatin, tribotan etc.which has been working for them too.

Good morning blessed mothers

I'm an expectant father awaiting our bundle of joy very soon. I will like to know if there is a way to examine the healthiness of the breast milk before the baby's arrival.

And what best food and fruits can y'all recommend for 8months plus preg. Thanks

###just trying to be cautious but it's important.

The best foods to eat in the late stages of pregnancy are foods containing protein, calcium, vitamins, legumes e.t.c. some examples include beans, yogurt, eggs, sweet potatoes, soybeans, green vegetables like spinach(popularly know as ugu) and lots of water.

For more info on parenting and Babycare I'll suggest you visit babycare9ja..com their ideas helped me alot to take care of my first baby

Palm oil and sugar
Honey and fresh ginger (this worked for us even though he was squeezing face like poo) *grate fresh ginger, put in a cup of hot water, leave for some minutes, drain to another cup, add a spoon of honey. Let her drink warm.

For the palm oil and sugar, Zaynie will share the recipe

How have u been mama?

The only way is when the milk starts flowing, just look at the colour, it should be slightly off white, and light (not thick like cows milk oh!). If it's any other colour like blue, red or fuschia pink, it's not healthy
