Fake news!!!

APC in panic mode. Diekola was a former close ally of Aregbesola before moving to PDP due to the rascality in the APC. They know he can win the rerun for PDP and have arrests him on false charges

“DAILY POST recalls that Diekola, a former chairman of Osogbo Local Government, was a close ally of governor Rauf Aregbesola, and a leading foot soldier of the governor during the 2014 gubernatorial election in the state. He was rumoured to have practically won the governorship election for the APC in Osogbo and Olorunda local government areas.

His political savvy was acknowledged by governor Aregbesola in the presence of journalists, during an Iftar at the government house in 2016, when the governor convincingly introduced Diekola as a “political Juggernaut”.

He, however, fell out with the governor some months back, as a result of clash of interests in the choice of candidate for the 2018 governorship election.

No wonder youths were labeled " lazy Nigerians".

They don't read
They don't want to understand or know
They want instant money or wealth
They don't care.

With a state owing us 34 months salary, how are we surviving?
And yet some hoodlums are still talking about the PARTY, APC.

We do not need APC again.

We prefer PDP, the person coming in is okay. Even if he doesn't do well, PDP has a structure to correct the wrong ones

Osun PDP Leaders Under Siege-Ademola Adeleke Campaign Organisation

We call the attention of the public and lovers of democracy to ongoing crackdown on PDP leaders at Osogbo,Ile Ife and Orolu in preparation for the grand plot to rig the supplementary polls.

Several leaders of the PDP have been arrested while party supporters are at the mercy of APC thugs. This morning around Alekuwodo,Osogbo,PDP members were matcheted with gunshots booming all over the town.

At Osogbo ,a top leader of the party,Alhaji Fatal Diekola was arrested. He was rough handled and beaten up despite his ill health. His aides were matcheted.Other PDP leaders at Osogbo are been harrassed with many of them unable to sleep in their respective houses.

At Orolu ,the situation is the same as APC thugs struck this morning ,beaten up PDP leaders.Meeting of PDP leaders was stormed by hooded thugs from the APC  with violence unleashed on innocent party emembers reviewing the recent polls.

The APC in a grand plot to steal the mandate of the people had also been threatening voters in the seven units slated for Thursday polls. In several cases reported to our situation room this morning, some voters were offered  Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) in return for their PVC details.Refusal of such offer is followed with threat of action.

We also learnt that the cloning of PVC is ongoing at the  Government House,Osogbo. We were told the PVCs of the affected areas have been tampered with  t

No matter what, APC should try again next time. PDP all the way.

South East especially Abia and IMO should key into this revolution. Ekiti and Osun election has made us to understand that SW are ready to cleanse their States off bad leadership no matter the Party, This has already sent a stern message to other SW state government that if you don't work, you will be voted out and this will force their government to be up and doing.

Abia must Liberate himself from PDP into APGA while IMO must Liberate himself from APC into APGA

South East is a different kettle of fish entirely.

In the SE, when things like this happen and an underperforming Governor is to be removed, they would start playing ethnic cards. Ngwa vs Ohafia. Owerri vs Orlu.

Guy I am a reasonably supporter of Buhari but anti apc/aregbesola in osun. I will ask you a simple question between former president Jonathan and president Buhari, who has performed better? Please answer that question.

How can you compare Jonathan and Buhari in terms of performance? Do you know what is happening in Venezuela? If Jonathan had been allowed to continue, Venezuela's case would have been a child's play. Oil price was above$100 dollar, yet he was borrowing to pay salaries, 25 states were not able to pay salaries until buhari bailed them out. You better thank God for buhari.

Those blaming buhari for economic recession are just ignorant as Nigeria was already in recession before Jonathan left and dollar has started increasing. He left dollar at 190.

Do you want to hear the truth, I share that same ideology with you like you write up there. You spoke my mind but back to why I first quoted you. Who's more qualified in terms of certificates between Jonathan and Buhari? We both know it should be Jonathan but how come with all his education and certificates he messed the country up but Buhari that is not close to Jonathan based on certificate is better off. So if Adeleke will perform better because he had F9 he shouldn't be given a chance? Cos that's what you were saying

I knew the real gist right from yesterday. In the course of Diekolas vote buying, he had a confrontation with a guy in his camp over monies given to him by Adeleke for this purpose especially when Adeleke gave him money on the 22nd and he disappeared with the money and this led to Diekola slapping him and all hell broke loose. It was an innocently passing NSCDC security team that noticed all that was going on and intervened, arrested and searched him and PVCs were found on him.

He allegedly had been buying votes right from the night before yesterday morning.

APC was not involved in any way. Even as at last night PDP also began buying votes in Orolu. This is confirmed.

don't tell me you don't know that right from ekiti to Osun both pdp and apc have been buying votes. you have also seen th apc agents that hav been caught in the act too.

my point is how can you support any party knowing that both of them are corrupt, pdp and apc?

This time, Orlu gave up on a non-performing governor Okorocha from Orlu zone.

It's rather Owerri people fighting tooth and nail for the non performing governor to be succeeded by his son-in-law also from Orlu zone. Orlu zone refused.

Why? The governor hates the name Orlu like shiiit, and had done nearly 90% of his government's projects in Owerri.
The governor even destroys or suffocates the development infrastructures, including teaching hospital, market, stadium etc, he met in Orlu zone.
