It seems they ain't following the timetable no more, according to the timetable it was scheduled for Thursday but those that were at the venue yesterday said the officials asked HND holders to come back on Wednesday. So am asking to confirm if it still stands Wednesday

No wonder the Corps Marshal said the fitness is not a competition.
It was a light jogging for the guys well the oversabi still showed themself.

Those of us who started yesterday and finished today were told to be alert for the next phase of the exercise.

I did mine at the Mogadishu cantonment abuja... the screening officials didn't collect my printed acknowledgement data form and my email invite printout...is it same for everyone at Abuja and nation wide

Moga what? Why the change na? It took time to find National Stadium yesterday, now I've to start finding Mogadishu? I'd go to Stadium first. I pray they don't confuse me.

whew! today wasn't bad though at NAF Ikeja. after sitting for hours and the scorching sun roasting our skins... myself and a host of other finished the screening around past 2 and we waited for our turn to run... lo and behold, The Corps Marshall (came in the morning) ordered the race should be cancelled for us, naso we no take run ooo.

Don't mind anybody pressurising you about medical fitness certificate. It's a waste of money since you will still take an oath that you are physically and mentally fit for the exercise. My witness from Anambra center.

Medical fitness certificate is not a waste of money! Just because your center didn't put emphasis on it, doesn't mean that all other centers won't. In some centers, applicants were CATEGORICALLY asked to come along with the attestation form issued before screening, medical certificate of fitness, and pink card before they can be allowed to perform in the physical fitness exercise.
It's even best for an applicant to have the medical certificate of fitness. It would be valid for at least, 3 months.
Fire Service might demand it soon, plus any other employer.
You don't have to wait until they suddenly demand for it like FRSC before you start running around to get one.

In Kwara State our summary page or email print out was collected because according to the frsc officials, that's an indication that one par took in the exercise.

I actually enterd the stadium by 7:48
when i got there it was already fillled up.. some applicants had already carried out there physical Excersise. Immediatly i got to the place where applicants where lined up, one of the officers asked me to show him my attestation letter( that foam given to us after documentation yesterday) plus my tag. i brought out my letter without the tag which have obviously lost. i explained to the man and he said ok i should forge ahead.
i joined the long que conprising of 100 applicants each....we where asked to run about two km which is rounding outside the main stadium twice.
after that u just go in and write your name and submit the attestation letter.
and i was actually told goodluck..lol
that was all
no intimidation
no harasment
simple and easy..
