@bold A 30tons truck load of granite is around 145k to 160k depending on location...so how much is left of 200k?
No blocks, sand, cement, rods, woods, etc & labour.
This should give u an idea of d amount involved. u are talking abt storey building & not a bungalow.

Yes, foundation alone. It could be less than that. I quote figures based on certain factors.

Given the topography you stated, the next thing would be what's the level of your land to existing road, etc, etc.

You can use 3-4" for your columns,lintels & Beams & also remember to vibrate during casting to take care of voids that can lead to segregation or honeycombs.

You can us Size 5 or 6 for your Slab, it is a plate member & can b laid with adequate supervision so that honeycombing can be reduced to the bearest minimum

Size of windows matters sometimes. But if it's regular sized windows you can bargain for #2500 &#1500 . The more the windows, better less bargain.

Blocks and cements would cost more than that...
Sand, gravel and labour.... Miscellaneous expenses, etc.... (except you wanna use mud blocks..
To be on a safe side 500k can b manageable..

But she stated she is proposing a storey building, meaning d building will carry upper floor. If u are referring to a complete foundation with german floor, then anything less than 1.5/2m may likely not work.

Plz how much is a meter of 25mm reclin cable. It come in four strands.
