Write a letter to them , print out your registration page and point to the anomally .... or Type ICAN contacts on Google .... pick all the phone numbers you see and place a call to the customer center ..... tell them the problem and way forward ....Correction of name ain't a big deal .... They will correct it !

I paid for exemption but I am unable to complete the application for exemption. The sight keep saying invalid detail.
I used the receipt number as Pin number and serial number as serial number on the sight.

in Case Study, The Report Carry The Weight Of The Marks. Have Clear Idea Of The Requirements And Ensure You Complete The Two Reports In Clear Language. Time Management Is A Key To Passing Case Study. Try To Complete Your Reports Or At Least One Of The Report Must Complete. Ensure You Write The Second Report To A Reasonable Extent Before You Submit. No Matter How You Try, You Can Never Meet Up With Time. This Was My Case But I Made It. In Your Report, Always Make Reference To The Relevent Appendix. Your Report Is Incomplete Without Recommendations And Conclusion.


Now To The Appendix, You Appendices Should Be Very Clear. I Can Boast Of Mine When I Wrote. Clear Numbering Is Very Crucial To Passing Case Study. Seperate The Two Appendices Likewise The Reports.

My application for exemption just reflected, am i to pay the subscription fee of 4k too. thought it had bn factored into the registration fee(7k) i paid earlier. Kindly advise...
NB: I'm just starting foundation level

The subscription fee is not part of the registration fee at all.
However, u can pay for ur exams without paying the subscription for the yr. U'll only be mandated to pay the outstanding subscriptions when u're about to be inducted as an ACA holder.
