The governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) governors and other well wishers for celebration at the Osun state government house as they await for the official announcement of the gubernatorial election result after today's rerun which is said to favour the APC candidate, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola. 

Gboyega Oyetola, is leading in three out of the four local government areas where the rerun election held after the collation of results at the various polling units. .

Other dignitaries at the Osun government house are, Kano governor; Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje with his Osun counterpart Rauf Aregbesola, Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa, the Governor elect of Ekiti Kayode Fayemi, Minister of Information Alhaji Lai, the Oluwo of Iwo land, Abdulrasheed Akanbi and others.

I said this on my comment just yesterday n it's real now. It's all a game from the beginning . Politics is a game of alliance and that's what it is all over the world.

Omisore is the real MVP. He turned up for the progressives at a time when nobody expected. Mesujamba wanted to make an inroad into the heartland of the Yoruba nation through Osun state. Omisore stood to be counted as an omoluabi to prevent such an evil occurrence. History will be kind to him.

He brought Adeleke to PDP when he lost the APC senatorial ticket, rallied the warring factions in the state to come together and work for him but sadly, Adeleke turned around and betrayed him. He paid PDP back bitterly today and I am so impressed.

I need to study Omi political tactics in details,he seems to have political resilience and charismatic aura so to say. He was able to cut a niche for himself in the political template of Osun state & Nigeria as a nation. Imagine the way he brought the magic wand to deliver victory to APC . Kudos to the courage of Mr President in rebuilding political network with an astute politician like Omisore in the west. 2019 is going to be a year of fierce political battle.
