Those people who later were asking for help lived in good rented houses mostly. Hardly owned such property as these. They didn't make much money from others source like endorsements, foreign gigs, side businesses, etc. Many were also not disciplined with women. Having several wives and many kids across the country. That's expensive maintaining many households.

Many modern celebs are having their kids in USA thereby securing US citizenship for their kids. In fact in many cases, their baby mamas already European or US citizens. With good investment in USA like Okoye brothers having houses in USA, going to live there in the future will be a lot easier. They may even have green card by then.

There are some who will still need help in the future: those who never really made much money but had to look the part as part of show-Biz, those who like many ordinary people failed in their investment meant for the future, have many relatives to look after in their prime, were never financially/economically savvy, etc.

He's an official Cash cow of the government If he delays payment, the tax will double in few month.

Yes, it will double because after the month that the tax is due, it becomes late Then they start increasing the amount by a percentage monthly. The 5m you are owing for that year will become 7m in few months It will keep piling up until you pay.
