npower please assist with my onboarding and enrolment issue. I was told to re-upload my deployment letter because the stamp wasn't showing. I have done that but the status still refuses to change.

Hi npower,there is no fairness in the way you arrange this whole thing.Some of us are stuck on onboarded,while some have been paid twice.What is the rationale behind this? In ekiti,I doubt if anyone has been paid?How will I even get paid when you have refused to verify my deployment letter?

pls I will like to know if I have been exited from N build since my stipend was not paid for this month. though, I registered for N agro and had been exited from there. so I don't really know what is happening. thanks

@Npower, i don't understand what is going on. I've been enrolled but my colleagues who enrolled lately have been paid twice while nothing comes to me. Is it a select n pay scheme? Or how do you explain this?

Please for npower build 2016 that stated training match this year, our centre have not been paid any thing. Pls what are we suppose to be paid(no transport fess and feeding allowances paid to other centre) and where do we log our complain. Thank

Kindly send a detailed email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng with the subject Resignation.

@npower, my younger brother has a wrong bank name on his profile.

He entered the correct bank name during registration but after verifying it changed to a wrong one.

He has sent mails for correction several times but the issue is yet to be resolved.

Pls what is the way out.

It’s a process and it’s ongoing, every beneficiary would be verified and enrolled eventually. Keep calm

It’s not a select and pay scheme, sir.

Kindly screenshot your NPVN profile, Meanwhile the first payments was for the first set of people that were verified and enrolled

If u have said no redeployment for this batch B, I would have said may be a new policy.

For ur information, I am a product of redeployment among dis batch B. I redeployed from Lagos to Kano.

I give kudos to Npower for this process. They use to call n sms me at every stages.

@npower I have been enrolled since 18th of sept 2018 but I have not received any stipends fr both august and September while some have been paid for the both month..pls what can be said to be the problem....

what happens to some of us asked to re-upload their deployment letters and up till now we are still onboard?

Yes, it is clear it is obvious but is not allowing us to upload all the require document because my brother has been battling with this since yesterday. Are you sure this people profile is safe maybe you should help contact your technical crew for more convincing answers... To I smell a rat somewhere. How can you ask somebody to reupload is stamp letter after that is done then is profile started behaving funny. Naija I hail thee ooo.

I did physical verification in my local government, in fact I'm on boarded. I went to collect deployment letter in my local government, my name was on the list but absent was written against it. The coordinator said there's nothing that can be done as the list has already been forwarded to Abuja. Please kindly assist me. I have been sending my complaints via mail and also across your social media platforms to no avail.

@HelpDesk-NP, I ws enrolled 20th September 2018 BT yet to receive my August n September stipends.

please Npower I am a beneficiary of 2016 yet to receive my device. How do I go about it? please respond.
