well, lets see, this is a general forum, heart rate ranges between 60 and 90,up to 100. however exercised individual can have as low as 50 which is very normal for them , in fact, it shows an efficient heart. But for people who are not sportmen or women, then 50 raises an eyebrow. These are all per minute. Also this is just a general overview, it is more than what I have written here

. Awareness of Heart beat is Palpitaion. Increase Pulse rate is Tachycardia. Decrease pulse rate is Bradycardia . But note we have what is called Tachybradicardia A.K.A Sick sinus Syndrome. Have a grate day grin

Is very important for every adult to go heart check up.
Some people do have palpitation that is the heart beating faster than normal after sex or some activities. Please, such pp should visit a cardiologist for treatment.
No vilage ppl de send am abeg.

Increased normal sinus rhythm pulse rate after sex marathon or intense exercise is quite normal, obviously the fitter you are the quicker your heart will return to baseline (60-100).. But If you are experiencing palpitations ( strong irregular heartbeat) after exerting yourself whether after sex, exercise or strenuous activity, then you need to see a cardiologist..
