Dude your cornea is going opaque and u stand a chance of losing vision in that eye permanently, corneal opacity can only be managed through transplant. Don't let it get to that level. Visit an eye clinic/hospital ASAP

That is a corneal infiltrate/Corneal ulcer as a result of Keratitis, and yes it is potentially blinding if not managed urgently and it extends to cover your pupil.

It is an emergency, you should see an eye specialist as soon as possible.

Is there any discharge? What is the name of the eye drop you used? A steroid?

i met an eye doctor who told its corneal ulcer.. he gave me two eye drops namely "zeenat" and "dicloeye* i dont know if its steroid or not.. but will that white spot on my eyes ever heal? now my vision has increased alil bit but I'm always having that feeling of smokes around me.

Sorry, both your diagnosis are wrong.
Cataract is an opacification of the lens, not of the cornea. You actually would see the clouding through the pupil in the centre of the eye.
Glaucoma would not cause a focal clouding of the cornea.
He most likely has a corneal ulceration

Stop eating burnt nuts.Take lycopene,beta-carotene and lutein.These are supplements for eye health. Onions too would very much help.Lastly,stop staying too close to the screen,if you do.

Posterior blepharitis could indeed present with all of the above and lots of corneal signs, sometimes leading up to corneal perforation.

Brother, that you haven't seen many cases of Post Bleph doesn't mean they aren't common.

And hey, if you you have practised or are practising outside Nigeria you would understand that all that talk of common things occurring commonly doesn't hold true all the time. You could get sued for failing to pick a leukemia or lymphoma in the early stage while you thought you were treating recalcitrant malaria and typhoid.

It's also ethically unhealthy for me to continue this discussion / argument with a colleague (medical or not) on social media. So, I'd hold my peace. ......i'd be good to my patients. Better to look for a cancer and not find it than not look for it and lose my patient to cancer.
