The thing confuse me.
He says c230 k (kompressor) facelift
Which means its 05 c230 with the 4cyl supercharger.
I dont think the engine price is anything close to that at all.

Unless he plans to update his engine to the 5.5L Supercharged Amg engine in the E55 or 6.L engine in the e63 .

If not you better shave that figure b4 down make you no cajole anybody

Vehicle restorations can be very expensive, at some point you just stop calculating the cost so you don't get high B.P..

He doesn't do Mercs..

He doesn't do Mercs..

u think so?

he doesn't do it as a steady affair ... but I guarantee u..... he even does jaguar when the price. is right and the customer will be patient enough for him to research properly.

until u get to know.... only challenge is his principled nature...... he would have done it for nwanenni as a project or as a compensation for Dia previous issue

his over principled nature tends to put timely delivery as the 2nd priority just behind quality assurance and over all other variables..... that's y he chooses to stick with what he is already very conversant with; to majority of the public......

do banks pay every customer in mint N100 bills?
lolz, the guy na character I tell u

Like Gazzuzz said, the costs creep up on you.
Especially stuff like freight, unplanned labour etc

Imagine you have completed your budget for a quick restoration and you realise dashboard removal (to replace ac blower for instance) is a specialised job that costs N10k. You had not factored this in before.

Spring removal from struts is another one. N2k per corner.

Then those darned rusted bolts that require Mr. Welder to bring his machine, boom! Another N5k don go.

Like I said. Never underestimate the f""k factor in restorations.

Das all.

I understand. He's not allowed for the unforeseen costs even with his budget outlay
