Hello people, I was wondering why the hand over of Bakassi territory to Cameroun by the International Court of Justice did not effect a change in the shape of the Nigeria map. Again, those indigenes from Cross River State affected, should they be addressed as Camerounians? People who are enlightened on this topic should please educate us.
