Back then , my physics teacher remain my best teacher He won't free you until you understand his topic ,all my attempted o level physics is either A or B. he's harsh and nice when he supposed to .

My Economics teacher remain my worse teacher. sometime around 2004, during our inter house sport then, I was assigned to yellow house and every one knew that am very good in parade which always made us came first in parade in any house I am .

This man was the teacher assigned to green house , not knowing that he has found his way out to get me back into his green house because then i no dey run but I be hot cake in what I know how to do best

I was on parade commanding my house mates , immediately this man summoned me to come , in the mist of people , he asked me to lieflat and he sama me 12 strokes of cane for commanding yellow house instead of green, I felt so bad and cheated,I was frustrated, other teachers were not happy with him though they can't confront him because he's some how wicked , almost all the students pet me like President pikin I received some special treatment from female ones .

Vice principal summoned him for a closed door meeting and after their meeting , he called me and apologised , I have forgiven him but he still remain my worst teacher.

Chei.... The fear of my maths teacher a brother to my school principal is the beginning of wisdom. I wrote a love letter to his niece ( the principal daughter) when I was in s.s.s 1 and she in J.s.s 3 and he saw it and gave it to my dad unknown to me. My dad then was even tougher than my maths teacher. On a good evening like this my dad came from work and told me to read something for him. I gladly pick the paper to prove to him I have improve in school. When I opened the letter.... Oh jeezzz ..... I became stammering, the rest of the story is the beating I still feel today when I remember.
As if that wasn't enough, getting to school on Monday with the pain from the weekend flogging by my dad, they brought me out in the morning assembly and o boy..... The math teacher after telling the assembly what I did told the students to all say shame on you and compose a song all the students were singing. I was so pained that I became scare of women untill my University years.

But guess what? We met in Abuja after so many years and concluded the unfinished business.

My favourite teacher is late now. She was our computer teacher. Back then they will draw computer on the board and teach everything there with no physical computer to practice. She saw how I love computer despite never seeing one and she encourage me that in future I should focus more on it that she sees me doing well in the I.T field. Years later, my life has been all in the I.T sector. Am even doing my PHD now in information technology.
Kudos to all the teachers..... My Mom is actually an headmistress.

hmm. this thread made me remember one bad ass mathematics teacher Mr NWORU Emmanuel as at that time he tot at MORET comprehensive college ibadan...
during my sec. skl this man was a nightmare to both staffs and students *especially* in skl then.. it was as if he went to study caneology in school.. this man binds 4 to 6 cane at once to flog a single student .. he can flog hundreds of students without getting tired.. the day I gave up on him was when other teachers had to be calling him to help them flog us.. I swear this man will be running as if he's up for an award.. there was a day he flogged a student on behalf of the teacher.. I swear this teacher had to be begging him to stop .. I swear dis man no gree .. he knws math well but unfortunately he doesn't knw how to teach plus the fear of the cane don't mak us ask questions in class.. we all failed math in Waec that year..
very crazy ass teacher... I wish to meet him in future ..

and there is this other teacher that teaches agricultural science this man is very sound and versatile in every field he was friendly.. strict at times and also tells us to build ourselves for the future.. he was my best teacher in sec skl.. God bless him

I will never forget that my gbege high sch Economic teacher. Na she go teach you finish and ask if you hav any question. When you raise ur hand to ask questions, she will tell you to go ahead. When you ask her the question instead of to explain for you. She will tell you it's in your Note.

Miss Ejiogu.

One day, in SS1 I was summoned to the staff room for questioning. My 2nd term JS1 teacher wanted to know why I had failed English in SS1. Upon further investigations it was found out that my CAT scores were not properly divided. I passed.

This was a school of 8 class arms with an average of 36 students per class arm, and Miss Ejiogu who had taught me for just one term 3-4 years before was so confident in my abilities that she had boasted to her colleagues that I couldn't fail English Language.

She is the reason I proof-read all my write-ups (even text messages) and punctuate them accordingly. I have this nagging feeling that she may read my work, and I cannot let her down. I do not want to be summoned to the staff room again.

I loved introductory technology in Junior Secondary school until it was time for "ellipses and parabola". My curve wouldnt join after the class. I will never forget the hot stroke of cane I received from Mr Afo..

Mrs Odubele nee Akhetuame was one of my best teachers. she taught me mathematics in Junior secondary school and the figures came alive.

i remember while i was in primary 5, i never went for break period on Tuesdays because my mathematics teacher was my class teacher. and he would give us quiz. if you pass it you would go on break but if you fail it no break for you. i was not good at mathematics then so i never taught of going for break on Tuesdays

Sir, after graduating from the university, I was jobless for a while as ' connection' and 'cutting- cornerism' in the Nigerian labour market wouldn't let me shine. Sir, d two jobs I finally secured were on merit based on my maths n quantitative reasoning performance.Need I say more? Mr Femi, I don't know where u are now but believe me, I will find you soon.

Good experience back in d days.....those teachers were really extraordinary thou we never knew all dz not until we passed out.. They impacted more Dan enough in so doing, they deserve some accolades!!.. Kudos to all teachers out there..
