Esseite:don't mind the clown. my primary comment clearly acknowledges that such events at the early stage of our present Republic was not too nice, but it improved as governance grew. yes, there were hiccups along that growth. but Nigerians had no fear calling out government. what is wrong is wrong. now, impunity is the order of the day. from arrests & harassment of journalists to unilateral withholding of states allocation... from ignoring protests/pleas on the knee jerk fuel increases to threatening any one who critises the present tyrant... & the best clowns of PMB can do, like the dunderhead you quoted, is to reference past events to justify a present wrong & seek to shift the goal post for good governance to favour the lifeless one. that is why the lives of such people are retrogressing daily but shame won't let them acknowledge the fact. 2 Likes |
