The delegates are at leasr 4000 or so. You think $10k per delegate is too much or unbelievable? The delegates were bold to say they have received their first money from saraki which is $1000 per delegate and they said they are expecting more.

This is now open bribery and not a secret anymore. Fraud is institutionalized in PDP. That's a fact
