Ibori, fought all opposing forces to the ground to make his cousin governor. Not, too long after leaving power, his problems with the law start and culminated in his serving a Sentence. If Ibori could be accused of stealing soo much after huge projects like: the Ughonton-Omadino. Okpare-Olomu, Burutu bridges; the stadia in Oghara, Ughelli. Oleh (or is it Ozoro), Asaba; the establishment and take-off of the College of Physical Education Mosogar, the polytechnics at Oleh, Otefe-Oghara, Ogwashi-Uku; the Delsuth at Oghara to name a few, then you van easily explain the ineptitude /seeming imcompetenses of succeeding governments as well as rationalise why governors fight dirty to enthrone their successors.

For me, the majority of those projects were executed through debt financing while the bulk of statutory allocations and IGR were mindlessly stolen leaving successors with huge debts yet a burden to perform. I quite recall the Delta State bond at the Stock Exchange that year....

Those debilitating debts drag as well are passed on to Okowa, and that's why on the face of it, no governor would match Ibori in achievements.

To the issue, Uduaghan should do well to replicate the template of the Warri North magic numbers which he used to shock Deltans in the re-run against Ogboru if he wants to stand any chance against James Manager. Otherwise, he carries no electoral value sam-sam

When I read that Uduaghan is now a cherished member of APC, I was in deep shock. His atrocities and destruction of roads that Ibori labored to build are yet to be fully documented for the whole world to see.

I wish it'd be true...but Bugari is a monster....he's not planning to win elections....he uses the army to terrorize his oppositions into hiding and then Commands his slaves (INEC) to declare him the winner whether he has votes or not. If he had not joined APC you would not have said this. You people made everybody believe that anybody invited by the law enforcement agencies is a political witchunt as long as the person is in opposition. This is even more worrisome that even after two former governors who are members of APC were jailed, you people did not see reason to believe that the president has made a good start in the fight against corruption. But any day any of the opposition members defects to APC, you people will start telling the whole world how corrupt the person is. Surely he is not better and cannot defeat James Manager. The truth about APC in Delta state is that all the agents know that Delta belongs to PDP. They want to make some money only for themselves. Most of their agents will surrender to PDP at the polling units.
Also APC has made the mistake of fielding Ogboru, an Urhobo man, instead of Ochei/Utomi, etc, who are from the Delta north. It is their turn until 2023. The Urhobos had their turn under Ibori, the Itsekiri/Urhobo under Uduaghan until 2015 and now Okowa until 2023.

James Manager father Ijaw and his Mother Isoko. Mind you Isoko is not the third largest ethnic group in delta state. They are even the most marginalized set of people in Delta state. Hope you are not referring to Some Urhobo's as Isoko. Because they have cut out their self from the Urhobo because of greediness.
