charlesemeka85:I watched him since he was 15 at Tottenham then he was full of tricks and show boating. He has matured and is more about end product, vision and impacting the match to have dominant control. I am Not a fan of YouTube clips they can easily be contrived, but you should see him playing for England U21. |

charlesemeka85:Agreed And some of us actually think that Rohr is making his team selection entirely on his own. That's being Delusional. |

safarigirl:See me clapping. Asking for players to be thrown away without replacement. Lol. Just yesterday charlsemeka was saying also that we should do away with likes of Ogu, Onazi, Mikel and Joel. Ok, name replacements asides Eze he was mentioning Billings and Ejaria. Players that don't even have Nigerian passports yet. I particularly like those 3 words u used NEW, UNTESTED and UNPROVEN. Those are the kind of players that are always the best players for them. Nigerian fans will not cease to amaze. They will not learn. That is why every World Cup we keep producing the youngest team with an inexperience tag, calling them a team for the future. Only to throw them out again looking for another group of "young, Hungary fresh bloods". I am whole-heartedly with Rohr on his players selection. The only player I wished he had included was Ebere Eze. Team building is a gradual process. Massively throwing away old players and flooding the team with new players will only cause more harm to the team. Safari like a quote you made recently " there is no best player anywhere ". This same Iheanacho they are attacking if he was not playing for the Super Eagles yet and is posting this same kind of performance at Leicester City we for no hear word here. They would have hyped him to high heavens and even threaten to kill Rohr if he doesn't Cap him. |

please do not quote me out of context, i never said that john obi mikel should be dropped ooooooo, i only mentioned onazi who is a shadow of his old self and a 30 yrs old slow john ogu who is yet to contribute anything tangible since he he joined the team during keshi's era. i only suggested that since we lack quality in the midfield that i see no reason why young and energetic midfielders like ejaria and billing who have been doing well this current season should not be approached to change allegiance to nigeria. chrisooblog:What we do is create a singular standard for KC and a different one for everyone else. I said ages ago the true test for KC is when he leaves city and goes to an average team. Where he is not surrounded by world class players which complement his attributes. That has happened and the results are clear for all with objective eyes to see. To whom much is given much is expected After KC transfer £25 million or thereabouts to Leicester, this is his second season and he has scored 4 goals in the EPL. Now for a player who was bought as a striker, if we are to be honest that's not a good return. Now if you are to be objective, true and honest and say things as they are, you will.be labelled HATER, TRIBALIST, HYPOCRITE, etc, etc. Now what would you specifically call that return on your £25 million player investment ❓ ❓ |

Icon4s:Ejaria has played for England U21 and administratively cumbersome. Billing I really don't know. However Ebere and Maja should be much much easier if the NFF actually wake up from thier slumber. |

Danielnino00:Oh yes correct my mistake. I use to see Sakho in training then, he still had French plates on his Range, still very humble and down to earth. Many other players would have psychologically been broken. |

charlesemeka85:You see situation and the NFF is asleep. I would rather have an active roaring lion scoring goals from the lower league than anonymous mouse from the EPL who has done very little. |

TheSuperNerd:There's still at least two years time available. England will not invite a player not in World's top league. Bobby Reid, last season and Tammy Abraham are examples. |

If we can’t fund all the teams you mentioned, don’t do it at all. Is that what you are saying? We have to start from somewhere. Na step by step. Danielnino00: |

4 goals is not a bad return na, unless u have a very high expectation of him. How many has Vardy scores? If you are talking of last season then you are on point. But KC has had a poor return for the SE so far this year. For Leicester, KC has been pretty good! komekn: |

safarigirl:I wonder who's throwing who out. Ahmed is a consistent baller for us today. We're happy. But was he thrown out then? No. Iheanacho is not a fringe player he is an integral part of the team nobody is throwing anybody out However, he can be relegated to the bench. |

Kai we still dey scout for #9? A top class #9 cannot he hiding now. They should be painting whatever league they play with goals. They should be stand out players. Truth is if you remove Ighalo and KC, we will have to fall back to familiar names, Kayode, Ujah, Nwakaeme, Odey? and a few others. If you have to comb every backwater league searching for a #9, it means that player does not deserve a look in, in the first place. Anyone calling for dropping both players, should be able to suggest replacements from the top of their heads. My take, Ighalo and KC are the most consistent goal scorers in the higher leagues. We have no option but to be patient with them until Kayode and co start to score consistently. elyte89: |
