I don't know how ppl believe these kind of things... I'm an Electrical Engineer and I can say this is not scientifically possible. Its not even a direct current supply. Alternating current for that matter

what is not possible there?

what the person did was to pass a wire through the tree and the current has it's source from either a generating set or from a power supply.

It's just a creativity.the two ash wires are the supply to the sockets.the red is outgoing for use.please fellas is a great creativity but mind u no supply from the tree.

True but the tree has just been hollowed out to hold the socket box. You can see wires at the back, most likely the supply.

.. this is the Problem of nt reading very well... the op said that the tree generates electricity

You ought to have easily seen that the green cable at the back is supplying power for the red or vise versa. Obviously there is a hole inside the tree.

As an Engr, you should know nothing is impossible... if Engr had this mindset of yours, there would be no aeroplanes, no phones, no ultra jets, photocopying machines, and a lot more inventions...

As an Engr, you should know that you don't make fallacious assumptions, rather you take a look at a problem, and see how to make it work, or study why the stuff works....

Remember Electrons from 200 level bro, remember also electrostatic energy too....

You are still wrong. The tree doesn't supply electricity. Its just like saying a socket supply electricity, that is technically wrong. A generator or a power plant (A.C) can only supply electricity

If you are an engineer, then you are not a good engineer, with knowledge of calculus in engineering, it is believed that at time infinity everything is POSSIBLE

If you are really an electrical engineer you will know the tree was only used to host the socket to provide power point in a park ..the power is coming from the public mains

it's possie. Can't u see the cable suppling the current being the tree. There is a hollow in the tree and the socket was fixed inside the hollow

THAT IS EXACTLY MY POINT. THEREFORE, THE TREE IS NOT THE ONE SUPPLYING ELECTRICITY.

Nobody cares what you are. That's why Nigeria doesn't move forward. People sit in their comfort zones thinking they know everything because of their degrees.
It is very much possible that a tree can generate electricity. Very very much possible.

Lol... you must be a Telecom field engineer... grin.. however Batteries ( not a power plant) i.e inverters, sunlight radiations, wind etc supply electricity

I AM A POWER ENGINEER AND I INSIST THAT A TREE CAN NEVER GENERATE ELECTRICITY
