Guys, what tools can I use to check how much traffic a site gets?

Take for instance I want to check my competitor's traffic. Your suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

ALEXA is one of the best sites that checks traffic and ratings of any website online.

Hi, thanks for the response. I use Alexa, but it doesn't exactly give where the traffic is coming from which is why I'm searching for alternatives.
