I couldn't find this particular type in Akure and even Ibadan. I asked even from Lagos and they couldn't connect me with anyone who has it there. I bought this one from a man I know in Enugu and transported in to Akure. This type is sold for N8,000 for each sqm and I used about 32 sqm for the whole front. Labor for fixing the whole tiles cost N45,000.

Oh, I just left Akure to check something in Anambra I will still be back by next week. The floor tiles are 60 by 60.

Yes. It includes all doors, windows, all tiles and all kitchen cabinets, electrical wiring and electrical fittings with labor for fittings, transport , workmanship and supervision. The only thing in the following pictures not inclusive of N25m is the Air conditioners.
