We know what Osinbajo is doing with the recovered Abacha loot...the Tradermoni social scheme, we also know what Atiku did with PTDF money as VP under President Obasanjo....We are aware of how NPower is impacting life...we also know about SURE-P...hmmm.. We are aware of the school feeding programs and they have started distribution of money to the poor aged.
On social investment, I think Buhari has performed better.
Buhari does not make noise, come 2019 his achievements will surpasse whatever any of the PDP presidents has achieved in their first term, considering the available resources.

Atiku was put in charge of Obasanjos Economic team back in 1999 same way buhari put Osinbajo in charge of his economic team.

However in the time of Atiku all he and obasanjo succeeded to do was to kill or dubiously sell off 23 out of 33 of Nigerias assets.
