That guy you quoted is an APC goon and only earns a handout from APC ogas for reposting that post you read. He is very dishonest that's why his wife left him and escaped with his twin sons. Go figure.

He said something sensible even if he's APC member. Why will Atiku, a northerner restructure Nigeria? You people have been saying this that northerners are parasites, what has exactly changed now? I don't get it.
Besides, as it is now, no president will attempt restructuring whether a southerner or a northerner.

You are still going off. No one said you or Igbos should vote for Buhari. After all, you didn't vote for him in 2015. My point is that, having criticised northerners collectively all these years, why would you or Igbos in general believe that Atiku will restructure Nigeria when he's a Northerner?
You will be disappointed, you will call him names within the first two years in office. It will always be like that, cycle.

It looks like Nigerians are cursed. If Apc does something good, pdp condemns it and if pdp does something good Apc condemns it.Whatever is done to develop Nigeria isn't for pdp or Apc but for all Nigerians. Why do good things suddenly become bad just because it's not done by the party we support? This don't happen in developed countries because everyone is looking at the bigger picture regardless of party affiliation.

I love you my brother.

I must confess, I'm humbled by your response. So matured, precise and devoid of hate and insults.
Having said that, I'll like to engage you in some points I feel you might agree with me.

1.This administration inherited a country and an economy on the brink of collapse due to maladministration and misrule of 16yrs.
The celebrated Ngozi Iwaeala alluded to this fact, because as FM, she was borrowing money to pay salaries.

2. A decaying economy can't be revive in few years.
And the said borrow amount nhas been xpended on infrastructure, eg roads, railway, Social interventions like trader moni, npower and CBN anchor borrower for agriculture

3.Security is the responsibility of all, BH in north east has been dislodged save for few surprise attacks.
Herdsmen vs pastoralist has been an age long conflict which predates the present administration, and unfortunately, will still be there after this govt

4 every nation on this planet has its own peculiar challenges, as long as there are good times, there certainly gonna be bad times, why politicizing our bad times.?

5.3 yrs Can never be enough to fix decades of misrule.
What we desire at this point is patience and understanding to get Nigeria working.
Remember, these are the same Bunch of people that had gotten us into this sorry state, trying to change the narrative.

Baba is not the Messiah, but he's far better than Atiku.

Work has started in earnest at the Lagos-Ibadan (156.5 km double track); Phase II of the Lagos-Kano Standard Gauge will easy and increase passenger movement and evacuation of goods from the seaports and industrial clusters in Lagos and Ibadan; thus boosting economic activities in the areas. The Lagos-Kano Standard Gauge rail construction started last year and so far the rate of the work has been impressive.

sad Instead of the igbos to vote for Buhari and get automatic presidency in 2023, they are rooting for Atiku because of restructuring forgetting that he's also a Fulani man they love to hate. How they trust same northerners to restructure a country they so much benefit from is beyond sane minds. Just like they did in 2015, when Atiku looses, Uchemofor will return from London and start screaming biafra or Death. I really pity those people and their kindergarten politics .

What exactly do igbos want?

No referendum, no election

Give us Biafra

Give us Vice president

Give us this give us that. Smh

My brother, don't be stupid.
We don't support atiku because of restructuring.
we support him because we no longer want buhari
whether he gives referendum or not, whether he restructures or not, whether he gives us vice president or not, we are atikulated!!!

A nice one from the government

Why won't they when the useless government made Lagos the center of everything.

What about warri, ph, cross river, etc that are near the ocean

The party must show how much progress has been made, yes.

But they should not be pusillanimous by avoiding painful truths especially concerning corruption and its disciples in our political space.

Bro you are right...But what has the APC government done to its government officials who have been caught red handed stealing during Buhari tenure.

Nigerians voted for Buhari primarily because of his anti corruption mantra.... can that theme be sold again to Nigeria this election cycle?

I know you know the answer already and so do Nigerians.

And as for South West APC....have you noticed they are not rolling out the drums for Buhari and they are lukewarm towards him now.

Its because Tinubu has learnt his lesson. He will rather be Emperor of South west and work with whoever is at the center...its a better option than to find out what the hypocritical ingrate has in store for him if he wins a second term.

Better safe than sorry.

No matter what, tankers and trailers will always be on the road. Even in advanced economies you see high numbers of them on the road even though the rail system are developed. Of course, the relative number of those on the road will drop. The trailer/tanker road transport industry provides jobs in the tens of thousands, from drivers to mechanics and spare parts dealers. It's needed. From my window I can see the 2450 km highway-10 that run from Texas to California. On a daily basis, I see endless numbers of trucks loaded with diverse products including petroleum products. What Nigeria need is better road system and a sense of order.
