Everyone just de yarn akpata...PDP had primaries in Kwara and Benue. And substitution is allowed.

Pdp had no primaries in kwara central.the primaries in benue south wasnt concluded same as kano.in cross river,inec were not present in most pdp primaries

He wants to change the narrative by twisting the 7th for primaries deadline and 18th date of submission of names just like you rightly said.
