If you want to install the pie update but don't want to wait for the update prompt.. First download the pie update here:

Rename the files (1.45gb approximately) into:

B2N-322C-0-00WW-B01-update.zip

Go to your phone dialer and tap:

Because your phone is an entry level phone, Android 9 will come but it will most definitely be later in the year or early next year.

It's not cheating, even Nokia 8 sirocco and Nokia 8 which are flagship devices never get the pie update.

I don't seems to understand this Nokia 2.1. I bought the phone yesterday. Doesn't it have front flash light? Or I no get the setting. The camera is not good. It doesn't show when I put ear piece. Am kind of regretting buying the phone.
