Well..Will be stupid for God Fearing Tonye Cole to produce a forged NYSC letter at this stage and time.

But strange: why will the Certificate have Lagos State Call up Code and yet state that he served in Osun State?

As at 1992, call up no usually bear university id such UniLag or AAU or UNN. Where did this guy graduate from? I agree that this is fake. Not sure the guy served.

Then again May is Batch A and not sure there were upto 36000 corps for this batch. Call up number was in the 40000 - 70000, not 99000 series. Anyone who served in 1992/93 with call up in the 99000 should raise his or her hands.

But seriously person's who forge documents don't make these kinds of mistakes. They're very precise. What would usually sell them out is not the details but the security symbols which the government put on them. For instance NYSC certificate is not A4 size, but a forger may not get the size. And there are symbols that you won't know are there.
My conclusion is that the document above cannot be the handiwork of Tonye Cole, it must be from his detractors.

How can anyone possibly try to forge an NYSC document at this time?.... That's the question the Op should really be asking.

Tonye was called out for not having NYSC... so this was released by a member of their team to clear his name.. I believe hurriedly...

Its a letter of confirmation that was made on the 9th of this month when the news of him not having NYSC certificate started making wave...So i believe it wasnt submitted anywhere.. or was probably submitted to INEC.. this is Amaechi at his best.. Dude faked Abes fainting from teargas and took him to London for treatment.. this one is just child's play..lol

Was brought out by a man from his team... Yes Tonye Cole can deny this, but it will raise another question... Mainly this show, he didnt do his NYSC.

Not entirely true. Kemi Adeosun forged her exception letter with the signature of an NYSC boss who was no longer in charge (with respect to the date on the certificate)
