Hello nairalanders, what I'm experiencing with my infinix note 3 is really making me unhappy, my battery use to be very strong and lasts long but now the reverse is the case.. Once it's gets to 40% it drops to 1% within few minutes.. What could be the actual cause? It was in 53% this morning.. within few minutes the battery kept dropping till it got to 1%.. Is it the phone or the battery? I'm worried

Take it to carlcare to get it fixed. Had the same issue last year and I took it to carlcare center at Ikeja and it was fixed for free because it was still under warranty

There is some tips that could save the battery life for your reference:
1) Use Low Power Mode
2) Restrict Unimportant Notifications
3) Turn off Wi-fi if You Don't Need It
4) Do not Activate Location Service
5) Lower Screen Brightness
6) Limit Background Refresh for Applications
7) Tighten Up Auto-Lock the shortest period for your device, namely 30 seconds.

Actually, increasing battery life for Android Phone is not such a difficult thing as you think. To make your device run for a longer time, you only need to adjust some settings of your device like reducing the brightness of screen, disabling wireless network, quitting background software and so on.

When i can see icons like WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram & high power usage icon there i know why it drains so fast. There are probably some heavy apps running in the background that are draining ur battery.

Go to Carl care and get your battery replaced. Plus you need to get an app to always close apps running on your phone eg greenify or killapp

Girly, you have used bad charger or bad cable for your phone on a long run. Or you love using power banks and small generator.

These are the major .

Minor! You may have left your phone on charge overnight without unplugged and this has happened like multiple times.

Now you must change your battery and start practicing healthy charge

battery is damaged. Go get a replacement

Change the battery, the potential energy of the battery is going down.

...sorry for your pain bro. But you would still be d one to say Nokia, Samsung n iPhone are overpriced phone. I guess you know now part of d one reason they are overpriced
