So its canoe business men that is making something outta diz situation

No working town planning officials, no proper drainage system all contributing to this flood.. how you conveniently mount your house on a water channel causing blockage to flow of water..the so called town planners only come to deface your wall with 'stop work" inscription and later off you go and "settle" them and everybody goes home happy. what do I know is this even a country?

Chai. Flood can affect any country. It is not about availability or lack of social amenities (but social amenities may reduce the impact of flood).

We recently saw flood (caused by tsunami) destroy Mexico Beach, Florida. Is there no good roads over there?

What about New Orleans, and other places caused by rise of waters in oceans or rainfall?
