I agree but forget Rohr and support the team because it is Nigeria, I mean we can't afford to miss another AFCON. When we have made it there then if people no want see how bad he is let us be disgraced but we have to reach there first

Ighalo saves Rohr from the sack. This was just very poor coaching being saved by a moment of magic.

you're right.
just that a coach ought to be flexible and dynamic with his tactics...but rohr is entirely different.
just imagine the stress he made these players go thru this evening.

The Super Eagles now need only one point from their last 2 matches to qualify for the AFCON.

Good job (6/10 rating) for Nigeria.

Yes, just saw the highlights of the second goal. Reminds me of his good season at Watford.

The goal shows that the man is full of confidence.

We won't be disgraced..

Rohr is not a bad coach.. He is just too conservative.

Not impressed. We need to inject better players into the team. Rohr should forget sentiments.

Uzoho needs competition..

And that competition will not come from Akpeyi and Ezenwa..

We need to draft in better subs.

Rohr needs to be more proactive with subs...That is how we got knocked out of the WC.
Exactly. How can he make that silly mistake again? I was very disappointed with him.

My naïve conclusions from this game;

Aina was a liability.
Kalu still a lot of work to do
Etebo-Ndidi-Iwobi not the dream midfield trio.

Ogu brought freshness and stability to the midfield but baba don old small and he's kind of slow. Perhaps a midfield of Ogu-Ndidi and iwobi could work or maybe the terrier himself, Onazi.

We desperately need a controller. Unless we play a 4-3-3 with Ndidi - Ogu - Etebo with Iwobi on the left.
When Mikel comes back - we'll go back to Mikel - Ndidi - Etebo with Iwobi outwide.
