Not only highlander. Corolla, camry, matrix, Rav4, lexus, etc Infact any brand and model that is hot cake, those boys don't mercy at all. Sometimes they work hand in hand with the security guys in such neighbourhood. The solution to this if you must drive such brand and model is to comprehensively insure such vehicles.

If the owner did a comprehensive insurance on it, the insurance company must pay for the damages and all parts stolen replaced.
