A city in China is planning to launch an ‘artificial moon’ that will light up the skies as far as 50 miles around.

The so-called illumination satellite set to deploy over the southwestern city of Chengdu in 2020 is touted to be eight times as bright as the real moon, to cast a ‘dusk-like glow’ over the region, according to the People’s Daily.

Officials have released few details on the project.

Whereas our leaders are busy trying to sell off TCN if possible...

I don't know why they cannot appreciate good thing. They travel abroad, see development and love it but cannot replicate it here.

Why should they not sell TCN? Privatization is the way to go. Or do you prefer inefficiency?

it's 'have your cake and eat it' oga and besides did Nigeria not have presidents before buhari? What did they do?

Wrong! It's actually 'eat your cake and have it', as the guy you quoted correctly put it.

After you eat your cake, it's gone because you have eaten it. But some people still want to have the cake even after eating it.

You seem to be inadvertently admitting that Buhari has failed, like the Presidents before him. You seem to be implying that it's ok to have a bad President since we have been having bad ones in the past. It's time for a genuine change. Useless tribalist Buhari is going back to Daura in 2019. Join the train of patriots to rescue Nigeria from Buhari.

what a country..!! advancing technologically, but we are here are Atikulating and Sai Babaing like someone said above. I give up..
our mistake was fighting for our independence earlier, we should have gotten our independence maybe last year, it was way way early for us. Even the country that colonized us, all they know is to collect all our money in the name of schooling in the UK.
China would have been good colonial masters and like I said we should have gotten our independence last year.. shikena

I actually don't think we deserve independence at this point in time.

This is gabage. Science is getting too superficial. Creating unnecessary things. This is pure fantasie. Does not complement reality.

Has the moon failed us yet. Has it stop showing light?. Why this?

Science is getting too fictional for me. It is not drawing from real need of humans. In the end it may not differ from religion. While people are hungry it is talking about heaven and paradise.

China is far better than American and Japan in term of technology....I see China ruling this world in years to come..

But my only concern about them is that they disliked Christians, they hate bibles and also persecute Christians.

They have to change for the world to recognize them...

China far better than America and Japan in technology? I guess you are a learner. China will eventually catch up with US and Japan but they are not there yet.
