Championship clubs pay more than most Bundesliga clubs. My only problem is that the stoke city is not looking promotable

At the moment now that the season has started a resounding YES, I agree with you they don't look like play off contenders at all.

However, prior to the season starting, on paper they looked liked serious contenders. Particularly considering they had just been relegated from the EPL and we're spending money buying more players. In this regard it was not a bad decision by Etebo.

Two seasons ago Reading got to the play off finals loosing to a spurious penalty decision against Huddersfield. Sone Aluko was voted best midfielder in the championship and left to Reading for near £10 million. He got his 10% plus of that transfer fee.

It looked like a good move. Well within one season Reading became right to the last day of the season. Aluko's prominent position went down as his team went down in status.

These are the ups and downs of football.

Nobody, I repeat nobody would reject a chance at a league to move to a lower league because of playing chance

He may move to a lower club in the same league but not to a lower league

And Etebo is not in his early twenties to say that he still has years of improvement to move to a higher league

I repeat Etebo is a clown grin

You really do not understand the delivery framework with the English league system.

It's very normal and common for players to choose a forward thinking championship team over a an EPL team.

Many championship clubs can match the wages of EPL clubs particularly the mid table clubs. Again players will rather be playing behan growing dust in an EPL club.

Finally there is a definite link between the championship and the EPL. Last season Liverpool offered Fulham £30 million for left back Ryan Ssegnon the club refused and so did he. He felt like long term career development and progression was better than immediate monetary gratification.

According to you he is a clown using your rational. I disagree the clown is not Etebo but the one, "who thinks he knows but knows not" And that seems to be you no insult intended.

The thing is, no premier league club offered money for Etebo

Leave all your rationalizations

Comparing Sessognon's situation who was a first team regular in a club destined for the premier league to Etebo who was part of a relegated club in the spanish league

Tueh grin
