Guys pls advice, yesterday, I loaded 5050 Naira via the Jumia one application to buy data, I checked my balance and found nothing. I called the customer care and I was told it was converted to a bonus of 20200 which I cannot use to subscribe for data, and would only last 1 month. I couldn't sleep throughout the night, I called them again and again and all I'm told is sorry for the inconvenience. This is 5000 naira we're talking about. What can i do pls, I've written them on Twitter, my bank cannot revert the money because I used a third party app.
Does the NCC help with such issues, any suggestions pls.

Report them to NCC by calling 622, they will refund ur airtime to u

recharging any amount with extra 50 on it will automatically sub you to 4X bonus

stay away from jumia one app.

my bank double billed me twice when i used the app.
i didnt notice the first time until second one..

those handling that app dont understand themselves.


stick with good old quickteller or atm.




you should call ncc though and hear what they have to say. glo can be very annoying sometimes.

Did u manage 2 get d issues resolved, am also in d same problem now God will surely punish glo for this kind of there rubbish promo.
