Me I used to bring it out really early so it attains room temperature by the time I want to feed. But warming with not too hot water like you described is great. I was referring to heating it up or using very hot water

Have you taken your early morning walk?
ANC is now on a weekly basis so feel free to ask questions from your Dr.
Check what facilities they have to cater for a jaundiced newborn, take a look at their NICU, blood bank etc. We won't need it by God's grace but we need all the reassurance we can get.
I'm sure bags are packed. Don't forget to get a wrapper as that would be most comfortable the first few days.
Have you been cleaning your nipps? Scrub those dark and crusty stuff off it, we don't want baby ingesting it.
I'm sure you have all downloaded the contraction timer app.

A very big congratulations to our newest mummies,may your babies bring joy to your family at all times.

Vigilante has taken over my life completely. My baby does sleep until its 2 or 3am. I taya honestly. My mum sef who is ought to be doing Omugwo has started sleeping off at night, leaving me to fight my battles. Lol

Good day mama"s congratulations to the new moms,and saafe delivery to the waddling moms, am here again after my last experience while having smptom and dr gave me series of antibiotics not knowing i was preggy i later lost the pregnancy.this time am scared of going to that same hospital after testing positive and no symptoms,according to my LMP i shld be 6wks today without any symptoms,but i noticed a whitish discharge am a little itches dowm there,duo ive not done any scan.
please ma what do i do
shld i go to the DR?
is flagyl safe at this stage?
is the discharge normal ?

CM can also mean you're pregnant or infection.
Who gave you the Flagyl?
You can wait till you're 8/10wks gone before going for a scan or go now.
You should also discuss with doctor about low progesterone.

My beautiful princess made her royal entrance today 24/10/18 with little tear. Baby and mama doing fine with Dady still amazed at becoming a father.

In other matters. My breasts milk is not flowing. Pls what do I feed baby with. Any suggested good infant formula

New moms or moms to be.
One way to at least to an extent prevent jaundice in a newborn is by feeding the neonates very well.
You know the baby has to pass meconium out as soon as they are born. Not all of them do and this meconium is high in bile.
So feed your newborn so that they can poop the bile out as much as possible. Don't rest until they start pooping the yellow egusi like poop.

More reason why you need to massage your breast and clean the tips very well so you can start lactating on time. At least 24 hours from birth you should start flowing small small so that by the 3rd day, baby is sucking really well.
Jaundice usually appears by the 4th day.

Keep putting baby to breast like every 2 hours, she will suck and suck, nothing might come out but by tomorrow something will.
Baby on the other hand isn't so very hungry right now. The little trickles will do the job for now but by tomorrow if no show then you can try NAN.

but what is CM ma?
nobody gave me its part of the drugs i have in first aid box.more i treated infection in july and went for test again after the treatment i was fine,
