They only give one in the place we did ours,and ask us to come for the one with nin in 6 weeks

guys I noticed that I can print the attestation form for serving military personnel, even though I didn't select that I am a military personnel. Where you guys able to print it too. Because I am kinda surprise that I am able to print it
