I figured he must have been very uncomfortable with his high rating of an average movie, and promptly went on the offensive as a way of justifying his rating. Didn't cross his mind that he has nothing to be uncomfortable about. Taste varies and is more much subjective than objective. Taste revolves around personal feelings and opinions rather than fact.

Now you've mentioned it, I've observed you're right. I see no reason why he'd be defensive over his ratings. I rated Operation Finale high on this thread, but someone else rated it 2/10. That's his choice, mine is different. I don't need throw a tantrum over it.

Just do what i do, which is that once any movie is mentioned whether with good or bad review, i just go online to read the storyline. If the storyline is interesting to me, then i download. Sometimes i download based on actors been featured in the movie. If i can't check the movie out immediately or don't have enough mb, i just screenshot the page for later. Capiche!

Guess I was not really interested in the movie that's why I didn't bother to read the plot(wikipedia precisely).
