IT HAS TWO SPECIES, ONE IS PURPLE IN COLOUR WHILE THE OTHER IS GREEN.
MEANWHILE, IT TURNS THE WATER RED WHEN YOU COOK IT. SOMEBODY PLS
TELL ME THE ENGLISH NAME OF THE LEAF ... WANT TO MAKE A LITTLE RESEARCH
ABOUT IT.

Its a 'flower' in my own village. It is viewed as poisonous in my own village oo

It belongs to a species of vegetable flowers called Amaranthus.

I just googled "amaranth," but the pictures are quit different from this one. Pls do a Google and see if you could get exactly these one I posted
