I just noticed the websites of INEC are down because apparently they could not renew their hosting package- http://www.inecnigeria.org/ https://inecnews.com/ Elections are just 4months away and they could not manage their websites, how sure are we that they can handle 2019 polls? Mynd44, OAM4J
