No, our name was first not on the list posted by the doors, we were subsequently ushered into another room, where we had our individual presentation, After which we were told we can go, though we were served launch and we waited for almost two hours if not more after the individual presentation.

Mail was not sent to everybody......hence the anxiety and fear in some quarters..just saying.

How many people are you certain of that didn't get the mail? I know for the face to face interviews we were 169 in total. Not sure how many they removed to get to the final stage because we were still plenty.

Imagine after all the gra gra they just end up taking two for each service line? Totaling around 10 applicants?

I got the email sha about holding on. I hope this one goes well, and I wish success to those that get this one, and good luck for the next one for those that dont get this one (I could very well be among the good luck crew but oh well)

We were asked to do two things in that mail

1)send a ppt
2) confirm our availability.

I almost forgot too, and maybe, just maybe, don't quote me, is the reason your names were not on the door.

Did both! After confirming my availability, even got a reply two days later informing me of a reschedule; which I acknowledge as well. And as for the PPT I sent it, though few hours to deadline.

Oludayo, I believe the woman tried to combine our group task with our individual presentations, that was why she used that system during the presentations. Let's keep calm, even without the purported email sent to others, just wait for the main mail. I believe we are on track.

2 months will soon pass by like joke

From last year's thread, the very first set of guys to get mail got it on November 6. Just my own observation o.

And 4 weeks after they got Ijeoma's "update on assessment centre" mail

A total of 9 weeks after assessment centre

Today brings us to the 7th week,
8th week or 2months is a matter of nextweek thursday here i.e days

Just got some news from someone working in EY.

Apparently they had some delays in getting the custom laptops from DELL and apparently there were other things that came up (but wasn't shared).

This was about a month ago sha so I guess these things have not been resolved yet.

I just pray that the wait is almost over and that it wasn't in vain, amen.

Sorry bro...I don't understand d Custom Dell laptops part...How does that affect the speed of the recruitment process??

Well how will you resume if there is no laptop for you to work with? That is all I can think about concerning that.

I am sure there are other things that have a bigger role in delaying the recruitment, and obviously not all of it will be public knowledge.

All we can do is keep applying to other places if possible and then eventually if EY comes it comes. I have the feeling some people might have gotten job offers from other companies while the wait has been going on lol.
